3D Printing Processes
We are excited to announce that we now offer rapid prototyping services, including SLA, FDM, SLS and many more making processes, suing a variety of 3D printing materials. We also support plastic manufacturing according to customer requirements. We have a highly skilled and peoffesional team who works hard to provide quick and quality services.
SLA
Stereolithiography (SLA) a most commonly used additive manufacturing technology. SLA manufacturing provides a quick product delivery, smooth surface finish and also provides high definition products.
FDM
Fused Deposition Modeling is a 3D printing process which is a widely used process as it provides low cost product prototyping. Complex shapes and voids can be made easily using FDM technology.
SLS
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). Our SLS 3D printing service is used for both prototyping with functional polymer components and for small to medium production runs or end-use parts. SLS can be used to create free-form geometries that are impossible to manufacture with any other method.
DMLS
Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS). This cutting edge technology allows for the production of metal parts with challenging geometries, not possible using traditional subtractive or casting technologies.
Materials
We are providing 3D printing services using various materials as per customer requirements. Various materials used for additive manufacturing purposes include:
PLA
Used In FDM Technology
PLA is a biodegradable thermoplastic material used for low-cost, non-functional prototyping. PLA provides high stiffness, greater detailed and more detailed product
Standard Resin
Used In SLA Technology
Prototyping using resin is most commonly used 3D printing technology as it provides high resolution prototypes and stronger finished products.
Nylon
Used In SLS Technology
A durable polymer material that is strong, with balanced mechanical properties and fine feature surface resolution. Durable parts without tooling, excellent heat & chemical resistance.
Stainless Steel CX
Used In DMLS Technology
StainlessSteel CX Parts show good corrosion resistance combined with high strength and hardness plus excellent wear and fatigue resistance. It is suitable for applications that require demanding performance
